Please wait until you are sure of your date, and sure you are going forward with your event before making a reservation.  (Barring emergencies such as hurricanes, etc)

Please insure that your venue will allow me time to carry in and set up my equipment before your event begins, and will allow me time to carry out my equipment following your event.

Please insure that I will have access to electricity.   A dedicated circuit of 15 Amps or better is recommended.

Please insure that your venue will allow me to park my pick-up truck and 14' trailer somewhere on their property.
